Seasonal stock is the one part of this catalogue with a deadline attached. These are the occasions the range is built around and the ordering habits that keep them calm.

Safety
Small parts, and the rules that actually apply
A large part of this catalogue is small objects in rooms with children in them. Two federal rules govern that, they are narrower than people assume, and almost nobody selling this category explains either.
The small parts rule is a physical test
Part 1501 of the federal regulations applies to toys and other articles intended for use by children under three. The test is not a judgement: an article fails if it fits entirely inside the Commission's test cylinder in any orientation, and any part that detaches is tested the same way.
That last clause is the one that catches people. A large object with a small removable piece is judged on the small piece.

What the rule specifically exempts
The exemption list is short and useful: balloons, articles made of paper, writing materials such as crayons, chalk, pencils and pens, grooming items such as barrettes, modelling clay, and paint sets. That covers a good part of our 120 office and school products.
An exemption from the small parts rule is not a statement that something is safe for a small child. It means that particular test does not apply.
Balloons and small balls have their own rule
Balloons are exempt above and then covered separately, because the hazard is different: a burst balloon is not a small part, it is a thin film. Section 1500.19 defines a latex balloon as a toy or decorative item consisting of a latex bag designed to be inflated, and excludes aquatic items such as swim rings.
A small ball is defined by measurement rather than by opinion: one that passes, under its own weight and in any orientation, entirely through a circular hole 1.75 inches across in a rigid template a quarter of an inch thick.
Where a cautionary statement is required, the rule sets the words: WARNING or SAFETY WARNING as the signal, CHOKING HAZARD as the statement of the principal hazard, on a solid background.

Buying in quantity
What bulk is good for, and what it costs you
A pack of six hundred is cheaper per piece and it is still six hundred things you have to put somewhere. Both halves of that are worth saying out loud.
The per-piece price falls fast, then stops
Across the range the cheapest per piece works out at under a cent, and it is almost always the largest pack. The saving is real between a small pack and a medium one, and much smaller between medium and enormous.
Storage is the hidden cost
A pack of six hundred is still six hundred things. Before ordering the biggest box, decide where it lives when it is half used, because that is the state it spends most of its life in.
Split an order rather than an item
Craft groups, classrooms and neighbours split large packs well. It is the cheapest way to buy the big count without owning the big box.
Buy the tightest fit for one-off jobs
A wedding needs the number of guests, not a lifetime supply. Our pack tool shows both the best value and the smallest pack that still covers the job.
Colours do not always split evenly
A multicolour pack states the total, not the split. If you need forty of one colour, a single-colour pack is the safer buy.
Check the piece size, not just the count
Two packs of one hundred can be very different objects. Where a size is published it is on the product page, and where it is not we say nothing.
How we describe things
What a pack count tells you, and what it does not
The count is the most useful number we publish and the easiest to over-read. Here is exactly what it means on our pages.
The count is the total in the pack
Not the number of designs, not the number of sheets. Where a product is 200 stickers on 8 sheets we publish the 200 and mention the sheets.
It does not promise an even split
A pack of twelve colours rarely divides evenly by colour, and a multicolour pack never guarantees how many of each you get.
It comes from the title, not from us
We read the count out of the manufacturer's own product title and print it. We do not count anything ourselves and we do not round.
374 products state no count
Those are single items or products whose description never gives a number. Their pages carry no count rather than an invented one.
Per piece is our arithmetic
The per-piece figure on a card is our own division of our own price by the published count. It moves when the price moves.
Sizes are per piece, not per pack
Where a dimension is published it describes one item. A pack of one hundred 2 inch tags is one hundred tags, each 2 inches.

How this site works
Three things worth knowing before you trust a number here
Where the numbers on this site come from
Every pack count, size, material and colour is read from the published product data for that exact item and written into the page by a script rather than typed. If the data does not state something, the page carries no line for it. That is why one product shows a weight and the next does not.
Prices are updated on a schedule and stamped with the date of the last update, which for this build was 9 August 2026. A product with no buyable price reads Currently unavailable rather than carrying a stale figure.
What we do not publish
No star ratings and no customer reviews at the moment. We would rather show nothing than show something we cannot stand behind, and inventing either would be a lie repeated 842 times.
No warranty period of our own, no delivery promise and no stock figure. Ordering, payment, delivery and returns all happen at checkout, wherever you place the order, so those are not ours to state.
No claims about factories, testing batches or the people who make the range. Where we do not know something, the page says so in those words.
