4 Piece Magnetic Wooden Scalloped Mahjong Racks, Blue

The paint was spotty. It looked like it was handled while still wet from painting as there were large smears of light blue or natural wood exposed. One of the magnetic pushers is warped and cannot connect to the magnet. The magnets were coated with so much paint, they wouldn't connect firmly. Just picking up the rack, the pusher would fall off without any effort. We've managed to remove the paint off the magnets and buy similar paint color to freshen the look. Seriously consider purchasing knowing there are no returns for this item. Although there were 3 magnets on each, some of them were deeply buried into the wood instead of being flush which also affects the strength of the magnets connecting. Overall, use caution the likelihood of receiving something impressive from here. (We did not think about taking a picture until after we reworked them knowing it was a no return purchase, sorry)

These racks look great in the photos, but the quality is extremely disappointing in person. The paint job is inconsistent, the wood has visible dents, pits, and warping, and the overall construction feels very cheap. Several pieces arrived looking unfinished, with rough cuts and noticeable imperfections that should have been caught during quality control. The magnets are another issue. Despite having three magnets per rack, they are surprisingly weak compared to other racks I’ve used. One accidental bump and the rack shifts or comes apart mid-game. During Charleston, that becomes especially frustrating.I was also shocked by how lightweight the wood is. These do not feel sturdy, durable, or premium in any way. For the price, I expected something substantially better.Honestly, I’d recommend taking your chances with some of the Alibaba dupes before purchasing these again. Were it not for the final-sale policy, these would have been returned immediately. After seeing the quality firsthand, it’s hard not to wonder if that’s exactly why they’re sold as so.If you’re looking for inexpensive, colorful racks for occasional travel games or casual play at your local Mexican restaurant, they’ll probably get the job done. But if you’re expecting quality craftsmanship, strong magnets, and a product that feels built to last, I would look elsewhere.

I want to love these!! They are sturdy and so cute, but the paint job is awful and there’s lots of dents/flaws in the wood. With a little quality control these have the potential to be your favorite rack/pusher!

Four stars because I feel like the detachable pushers could use one more coat of paint. When I really inspect them I feel like I can see too much wood grain through them and there is one spot that looks like it got messed up when the paint was wet but the overall look is so cute and you really have to inspect them to see any issue. The quality is very good and the magnet is strong enough but not too strong. Some can be hard to remove for use.

These are really nice and a good value for the money. The color is a bit uneven but they are real wood. The magnets are very strong and the scallops are attractive! These may be my favorite set of racks. They are also very versatile and go well with many different mats. They seem quite durable and honestly probably seem more expensive than they actually are. Now I just need some Christmas tiles -- think how pretty that would look!

Perfect rack for medium sized tiles. Beautiful!
